Sonelokimab for psoriatic arthritis after TNF inhibitor failure
This study tests an investigational drug called sonelokimab for people with active psoriatic arthritis who have already tried a TNF-alpha inhibitor (like adalimumab) and it didn't work well enough. The goal is to see if sonelokimab can reduce joint pain and swelling and improve skin symptoms.

Long-Term Safety and Effectiveness of Sonelokimab for Hidradenitis Suppurativa
This study offers long-term treatment with an investigational biologic, sonelokimab, for people with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa who finished an earlier sonelokimab study. The goal is to see if sonelokimab remains safe and effective over time.
