This trial tests whether taking immune cells from your lymph nodes and giving them back to you can help shrink breast cancer that has not responded fully to initial chemotherapy. It is for women with HER2-negative breast cancer who have had stable disease after two cycles of a standard chemotherapy combination.

This study tests a new treatment for advanced HER2-negative breast cancer. Doctors will take immune cells from lymph nodes near your tumor, grow them in a lab, and then give them back to you along with chemotherapy and immunotherapy. This approach aims to help your body fight the cancer more effectively.
