Who can take part
- You have neuroblastoma (NB) or malignant pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma, confirmed by the study’s testing rules
- Your scans show tumors that “light up” on an MIBG scan (MIBG-avid) and there is measurable disease
- Your cancer has grown, come back, or not fully responded to usual treatments
- You are old enough: NB must be over 1 year; malignant pheochromocytoma/paraganglioma must be 1–21 years
- You can safely follow radiation safety rules during treatment, and you can come for the study visits
- If you need the higher-dose option, you must have stem cells saved to bring back after treatment
