  • You (or your legal representative) must be able to sign informed consent for this long-term follow-up.
  • You must have received gene therapy through a study at MD Anderson.
  • You must agree to follow the long-term follow-up period, up to 15 years after treatment.
  • You must allow MD Anderson (or a designated NIH facility) to collect and store your medical samples.
  • Your original gene therapy study must be approved at MD Anderson.
