Who can take part

  • You have confirmed prostate cancer from biopsy/cytology (outside reports usually allowed).
  • Your cancer is either newly diagnosed at intermediate/high risk or a suspected/confirmed local relapse.
  • You have not had prostate surgery, radiation, or prostate hormone therapy yet for the newly diagnosed group.
  • You can have MRI safely (no MRI-incompatible implants or metal, and no very poor kidney function).
  • Your health is strong enough for study visits (performance status not too limited).
