  • You have nightmares at least once a week for the past month
  • You have a confirmed diagnosis of bipolar I or bipolar II
  • Your trauma happened at least 1 month ago
  • Your bipolar medicine has been stable for at least 2 months
  • You have not had a trauma event in the last month
