- You live in Canada
- You are generally very active (doctor score ECOG 0–1 most of the time)
- Your colorectal cancer has spread only to the liver in both sides, and it’s not removable by standard surgery
- You’ve had chemotherapy for at least 3 months and your liver tumors have been stable or getting smaller
- Your blood test marker CEA is stable or going down before the transplant
