- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver but not to other organs (outside the lungs).
- Any lung metastases (if present) must be removable with surgery, not widespread.
- Your disease has been stable or has gotten smaller after at least 8 weeks of chemotherapy.
- You must be healthy enough to safely receive a liver transplant (no major other conditions that make transplant too risky).
