- You are between 18 and 50 years old
- Your current pregnancy has only one baby
- You have had a spontaneous preterm delivery before, between 16 weeks and 36 weeks 6 days
- At the time of the study start, your waters (membranes) are not broken
- At the time of the study start, there is no known baby structural or chromosome problem
