Who can take part

  • You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more).
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are between 20 weeks and 34 weeks pregnant.
  • Your cervix is measured between 15 mm and 30 mm on ultrasound.
  • You do not have any major health problems or pregnancy complications like diabetes or high blood pressure.
