Who can take part
- You must be a parent in the Greater Victoria, British Columbia area
- At least one parent must be willing to take part
- You must have a child age 3 to 5 who lives with you or is part of your household
- Your child must currently be getting less than 60 minutes per day of active play (moderate-to-vigorous)
- If your child already gets 60 minutes or more per day of active play, you likely cannot join
