- You have been diagnosed with atopic dermatitis (eczema) using the UK diagnostic criteria
- Your eczema is moderate to severe
- Your skin severity score (SCORAD) is greater than 20, or you are currently on anti-inflammatory pills/medicines for eczema
- If you are not currently on those medicines, you took them in the past 24 months
- There are no listed exclusion criteria for this registry
