Who can take part
- You have a current diagnosis of at least one anxiety disorder
- You have at least one child age 2 to 8 in your care
- You can read and speak English well enough to take part in the sessions
- You have NOT had at least 6 sessions of structured therapy for anxiety in the last 12 months
- You do not plan to move out of Nova Scotia within the next 3 years
- Your child (age 2–8) shows an anxious/inhibited temperament during screening
