You may be asked to give a urine sample and allow use of your medical and treatment details for analysis (results are not shared with you).

Who can take part
- You have prostate adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology (a biopsy/surgery diagnosis).
- You are between 30 and 100 years old.
- You plan to start one of these prostate cancer treatments: prostate surgery, radiation, chemotherapy, or hormone therapy (androgen deprivation).
- You agree to follow all study steps, give a one-time urine sample (about 50 mL), and let the team use your biopsy and treatment/outcome information.
- You do not have another urinary cancer (for example bladder/urothelial cancer or kidney/renal cell cancer). If you had another cancer before, it must be fully treated and you must be disease-free for at least 3 years.
- You should not have significant organ/metabolism problems (like poorly controlled diabetes, significant heart failure symptoms, or similar issues), an active serious infection/inflammation around the biopsy, or medicines that could strongly affect body chemistry.
- Your expected lifespan is at least 12 months. (If less, you likely cannot join.)
