- You must have a diagnosed genetic disease (or be a control participant).
- If you have the genetic disease, you can join at ages 1 to 120.
- If you are a control (not a genetic disease patient), you must be 16 to 120.
- You (or a parent/guardian) must be able to understand the study and sign written consent.
- You must not have a blood infection like HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C.
- You must not have a history of intravenous drug use.
