Testing a nano-form of docetaxel for triple-negative breast cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This Phase 3 study tests whether a special form of docetaxel (a chemotherapy drug) works better and is safe for people with triple-negative breast cancer that has spread or grown locally. You may be eligible if your cancer is triple-negative and you have measurable disease that can be tracked on scans, along with adequate organ and heart function.

This trial tests a new personalized treatment approach (mRNA-lncRNA model) for people with low-risk, early-stage triple-negative breast cancer who have already had surgery. It aims to see if a less intense treatment can work just as well as standard care.
This Phase 1/2 study tests a new oral drug (BLEX 404) together with docetaxel to see how safe it is and how well it works for people with advanced or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer. If you qualify, you would receive docetaxel by plan and also take BLEX 404 by mouth each day.
This trial tests whether using blood tests and MRI imaging to monitor how your tumor responds can help doctors personalize your chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatment before surgery. The goal is to improve outcomes for people with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer.
This Phase 2 trial compares two chemotherapy combinations to see which works better for advanced triple-negative breast cancer. You would be asked to join one treatment arm based on study assignment and be followed for response and side effects.
This trial compares two different chemotherapy combinations given before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy) for people with triple-negative breast cancer. It looks to see which drug combination works better to control the cancer before and around the time of the operation.
This trial tests a new drug called LBL-024, either alone or with other medicines, for people with triple negative breast cancer. It aims to see if the drug can shrink tumors and how safe it is.
