Who can take part
- You are between 45 and 79 years old
- Your kidney function test falls in the range of 20–60 (mL/min/1.73m²)
- You are not currently on dialysis (non-dialysis dependent)
- You have not had a kidney transplant and have not needed long-term dialysis before
- You are not pregnant, and you can and will give consent
- You do not have certain conditions like polycystic kidney disease, severe heart failure (NYHA 3–4), or significant liver cirrhosis
