  • You have been diagnosed with hidradenitis suppurativa by a doctor
  • You (or your parent/guardian, if needed) can and are willing to give informed consent
  • If you do not have HS, you must not have any long-term skin conditions
  • If you do not have HS, you must not have used antibiotics recently
