Test dronabinol for pain responses in people on opioid treatment

Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 70 and can sign consent in English
  • You have opioid use disorder and are currently stable on methadone or buprenorphine maintenance
  • You’ve used cannabis/THC in the past (at least once in 10 years, or more recently at higher amounts)
  • You have NOT been diagnosed with cannabis use disorder in the last 12 months
  • You can do required computer/neuropsych testing and you have no serious unstable mental illness
  • You’re not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you use reliable birth control (if you can become pregnant)
