  • You must currently play on a soccer, volleyball, or basketball team
  • You must actively participate on that team (not just be on the roster)
  • You cannot be enrolled in the trial if you do not play one of these three sports teams
  • If you are not currently playing soccer, volleyball, or basketball, you likely cannot join
