  • You are a practicing gynecologist specialist or a gynecology trainee (resident/fellow).
  • You are familiar with, or can answer questions about, the ESGE/AFS uterine anomaly classification.
  • You can respond to survey questions related to the T-Y-I uterine anomalies classification.
  • You are able to complete the survey as requested by the study team.
