This study looks at an “optimized recovery” plan for people age 65 and older who are in the hospital because of physical trauma. It may help improve how you recover in the hospital, but you must be able to communicate and not be receiving palliative (comfort-focused) care.

- Be able to speak and understand Swedish
- Not have documented palliative care (comfort-focused care only)
- Not have cognitive impairment that affects understanding or communication
