Who can take part

  • Be age 18 to under 42
  • Have specific egg supply levels (AFC 5–19 and AMH 1.1–2.4)
  • Have a BMI between 18.5 and under 29
  • Be doing your first or second IVF/ICSI cycle using an antagonist protocol, with regular periods (22–35 days)
  • Have two ovaries and plan a day-3 embryo transfer (one or two days)
  • Not have major health problems that prevent IVF (like uncontrolled diabetes/thyroid issues, significant anemia, serious heart/liver/kidney disease, or blood clot/stroke history)
