  • You are 18 years old or older
  • Your doctor is recommending ERCP (an endoscopy procedure for certain bile or pancreatic problems)
  • There are no standard medical reasons you should not have ERCP
  • You are able and willing to sign consent to be in the registry (or a trusted helper can consent for you)
  • You agree your information may be used for future planned sub-studies
