Who can take part
- You are being seen at a participating clinic in Florida (Moffitt/FRI/UM) for a suspected or diagnosed pancreatic cyst, mass, cancer, or pancreatitis
- You have not had any treatment that involved your pancreas yet
- You can understand the study and sign the consent form
- You are willing to fill out study questionnaires
- You are willing to donate study samples and/or images taken during usual care, like blood, cyst fluid, and/or tissue
