Who can take part
- You are postmenopausal (menopause has happened)
- You have had at least 2 confirmed UTIs in the past 6 months, or at least 3 in the past year (based on urine culture)
- You have NOT used antibiotics or probiotic supplements in the last month
- You do NOT have nerve-related bladder problems (neurogenic bladder)
- You do NOT have a known immune system weakness (immunodeficiency)
- You do NOT have kidney stones or known urine-tract shape/structure abnormalities
