Expanded access for infantile-onset Pompe disease treatment

Pompe Disease Infantile-Onset

Part of Genetic & congenital clinical trials.

This program provides access to an investigational treatment (ATB200/AT2221) for children with infantile-onset Pompe disease who are not doing well on standard enzyme replacement therapy. The goal is to see if this new combination can help slow or improve symptoms.

NCT03865836AVAILABLE
Early access treatment for Pompe disease

This trial provides access to an investigational combination therapy for Pompe disease when standard treatments are not suitable. It aims to help people with Pompe disease who cannot join other clinical studies or are no longer benefiting from current enzyme replacement therapy.

NCT04808505Recruiting· Phase 3
Study of enzyme therapy for children with infant-onset Pompe disease

This trial tests how well a new enzyme treatment (cipaglucosidase alfa with miglustat) works and how safe it is in children and babies with infant-onset Pompe disease. It may help by improving muscle function after earlier treatment or, for some babies, starting treatment when no prior enzyme therapy has been given.

Gainesville, Florida
NCT06178432Not yet recruiting· Early Phase 1
Gene therapy for late-onset pompe disease

This trial tests a new gene therapy for late-onset Pompe disease. It aims to see if the treatment is safe and effective, and might provide a long-term alternative to enzyme replacement therapy.

Shanghai
NCT07282847Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Gene therapy for adults with Pompe disease

This study tests a one-time gene therapy (AB-1009) for adults with late-onset Pompe disease. It aims to see if the treatment is safe and improves muscle and breathing function.

Phoenix, Arizona
NCT06391736Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Gene therapy for late-onset Pompe disease

This trial tests a new gene therapy for late-onset Pompe disease. The therapy aims to help your body produce the enzyme needed to break down glycogen, which may improve muscle and breathing function.

Beijing
NCT07787650Not yet recruiting· Phase 1
Study of an experimental drug for late-onset Pompe disease

This trial tests an experimental medication called S-606001 for people with late-onset Pompe disease. The goal is to see if it can help improve breathing and walking ability. Participants must not have received enzyme replacement therapy for at least 3 months before starting.
