Who can take part
- You’re a man age 18 to 35 and live within commuting distance of Montefiore
- You have had vaginal or anal penetration sex within the last 12 weeks
- Your erectile function score is at least 22 (measured by a short questionnaire)
- You can stay on a stable mental health medicine plan for the last 6 months and won’t change anxiety/depression/ADHD meds during the study
- You agree to strict timing rules before testing: no alcohol/illegal drugs/NSAIDs for 2 days, no sex for 24 hours, and no porn/erotic material or orgasm for 24 hours before testing days
- You must follow all visit and food rules, including coming to Montefiore for testing and keeping exercise similar on test days
