  • Be age 65 or older
  • Be admitted to the ACE Unit (a specific hospital unit)
  • Be able to walk or move around on your own (not completely unable to walk)
  • Do not have end-stage lung, kidney (on dialysis), or heart failure
  • If you do not meet the age/unit/mobility needs above, you are likely not eligible
