Who can take part
- You have bladder cancer confirmed by lab testing (biopsy or urine cell tests), mainly the usual bladder cancer type
- Your cancer is at stage T2 to T4a and has no distant spread, and you plan to get bladder chemoradiation
- You are scheduled for a TURBT procedure (a bladder scope to remove/biopsy tumor) before starting chemo radiation
- Your kidneys work well enough for treatment, and you can safely have MRI contrast (if needed)
- You can follow the contraception rules during the study and for 90 days after stopping treatment
- No prior or planned bladder radiation, and no bladder chemo or biologic treatment within 6 weeks
