This study is testing an approach to find prostate cancer earlier in men who may be at higher risk. If you fit the criteria, you may get an mpMRI scan before undergoing a prostate biopsy to check for cancer.

Who can take part
- You are a man age 40 or older
- You either have PSA results suggesting cancer risk and are scheduled for a biopsy, or you are in the healthy comparison group with low PSA
- You must have an mpMRI scan before the prostate biopsy
- You must be able and willing to attend all study visits
- You must have public health insurance and sign an informed consent form
- You cannot already have confirmed prostate cancer
