Who can take part
- You have recurrent ovarian cancer that did not respond to platinum chemotherapy or came back within 6 months of the last platinum dose
- Your ovarian cancer type is high-grade serous (this is specifically required for the dose-expansion part of the study)
- You have had 1 to 3 prior cancer treatments taken through the bloodstream
- You are age 18 or older, and you can still do daily activities pretty well (ECOG 0 to 2)
- Your blood counts and organ labs must meet minimum levels (including hemoglobin, neutrophils, platelets, and liver/kidney function)
- You have not taken a prior CDK 4/6 inhibitor, and you must not start the trial too soon after chemo or radiation recovery
