- You are pregnant with only one baby (a single pregnancy).
- You are at least 20 weeks pregnant but before 37 weeks (or at/after 20 weeks, depending on the group).
- Your pregnancy due-date was confirmed with a first-trimester ultrasound.
- You can have consent and understand the study; you are able to do the required exams.
- Your cervix exam can be done with a speculum (the clinician can see the cervix during the exam).
