Who can take part
- You are age 18 to 70 and can sign consent, and your life expectancy is at least 3 months.
- Your cancer is an advanced solid tumor that has progressed despite standard therapy (or there is no standard therapy).
- Your overall health is good enough for study treatment (ECOG performance status 0–1).
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans, and your tumor tissue is available (from a recent biopsy or stored sample).
- Your tumor tests positive for FOLR1 and/or TRPV6 by the study’s central lab.
- You can start study treatment at least 28 days after your last anti-cancer therapy, and earlier side effects from prior treatment are mostly resolved (grade 0–1).
