  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed.
  • Your tumor can be measured on scans (using standard rules).
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your organs (like liver and kidneys) are working well enough.
  • You have tried at least one standard treatment for your cancer, or standard therapy is not available or not tolerated.
  • You have not had a prior treatment that targets CDK2 specifically.
