Who can take part

  • You have metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) and need palliative chemotherapy
  • You are about to start first-line chemotherapy with two or three drugs (per national guideline)
  • You can walk or bike and do basic daily activities
  • You expect to live 6 months or longer
  • You are not already doing structured hard aerobic or strength exercise at least 2 times per week
  • You can read and sign consent forms (and you can handle Dutch-language needs)
