- You are 18 years or older
- Your gynecologic cancer has come back locally or in the region, and standard treatments are no longer working or have been used up
- You can reasonably expect at least 3 months of life (your care team says this is likely)
- You feel well enough for study treatment (Karnofsky 70+ or WHO score under 2)
- You are able to give informed consent and understand the study risks and benefits
