- Be older than 18 years
- Be in one of these groups: (A) stool test was positive for blood, or you have visible rectal bleeding, OR (B) you already had a colonoscopy where pathology confirmed adenocarcinoma, and you are planning surgery
- Agree to take part by signing informed consent
- Be covered by the French social security system
- Not be pregnant
