Who can take part
- You are at least 2 months old and have had an allogeneic stem cell transplant (from another donor).
- You have a confirmed CMV, EBV, or Adenovirus infection that has not improved after about 2 weeks of standard antiviral treatment.
- Your original stem-cell donor is available and can provide immune cells that recognize the specific virus causing your infection.
- You (or your legal representative) can sign written consent before any study procedures.
- Your disease and body condition are not too severe: your GvHD is not high-grade (more than grade II acute or extensive chronic) and your heart/liver/kidneys are functioning enough for the study.
- You are not on strong steroid medicines (more than 1 mg/kg prednisone equivalent) at screening, and you are not currently receiving certain other treatments that could interfere with results.
