Look at uterine lining area in IVF outcomes

Infertility, Female

Part of Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This study follows women who are having IVF/ICSI or frozen embryo transfer (FET) to see how a specific area of the uterine lining relates to pregnancy outcomes. It may help doctors better predict which embryo-transfer situations lead to better results.

Uterine findings during IVF and IVF-related pregnancy outcomes

This trial looks at a specific area of the uterus during fertility treatment and how it relates to pregnancy complications. It may help improve how doctors assess risk in people using IVF or frozen embryo transfer.

NCT05473273Recruiting
Blood test study during normal frozen embryo transfer

This study measures changes in your blood immune markers during frozen embryo transfer when the embryo is chromosomally normal. It may help clinics understand what blood immune patterns relate to successful pregnancy in natural or hormone-prepared cycles.

Letrozole for preparing the womb before embryo transfer

This study tests if a medicine called letrozole can help prepare the lining of the womb for a frozen embryo transfer. It may be an option for women under 40 who have had limited previous IVF cycles.

Uterine peristalsis study for IVF patients

This trial looks at how uterine movements (peristalsis) affect embryo transfer success in IVF. It may help doctors choose the best time to transfer embryos.

NCT04619524Recruiting
Blood and lining tests during IVF cycles to guide endometrial timing

This study looks at “biomarkers” (test signals in your blood or cycle data) to better judge how ready the womb lining is during IVF. It compares two types of IVF hormone setups to see which approach best matches endometrial receptivity and supports successful embryo transfer.

Study of vaginal and uterine microbiome after frozen embryo transfer

This study looks at how bacteria in the vagina and lining of the uterus change during the “luteal phase” (the time after ovulation and before a pregnancy test) in people using frozen embryo transfers. It may help researchers understand what conditions support embryo implantation and pregnancy in assisted reproduction.
