Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • You have at least one day-5 or day-6 frozen embryo that is chromosomally normal and graded high quality (A or B)
  • You plan to do a single embryo transfer (not multiple embryos) in either a natural cycle or hormone replacement cycle
  • You will use fresh sperm for fertilization (not donor or thawed sperm, as applicable to your clinic’s process)
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 29
  • You do not have certain conditions (endometriosis/adenomyosis, uterine/tubal issues like hydrosalpinx, diabetes/insulin resistance, or specific autoimmune/immune-related disorders)
