  • You’ve been diagnosed with rotator cuff tendon pain using 3 out of 5 specific shoulder tests
  • Your shoulder pain is at least 3 out of 10
  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or less
  • You can understand the study forms and complete questionnaires
