Who can take part

  • You had a one-sided lower-leg or above-knee amputation (for example below the knee or thigh) caused by diabetes or poor blood flow
  • You were first fitted/cast for your prosthesis within the last 2 years
  • You are age 50 or older
  • You can speak and read English
  • You have access to a computer or tablet with internet
  • You live in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada
