Who can take part
- You had a one-sided lower-leg or above-knee amputation (for example below the knee or thigh) caused by diabetes or poor blood flow
- You were first fitted/cast for your prosthesis within the last 2 years
- You are age 50 or older
- You can speak and read English
- You have access to a computer or tablet with internet
- You live in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada
