Who can take part
- You have active Crohn’s disease.
- Recent tests show active inflammation in your gut within the past 6 months (endoscopy is preferred, or ultrasound/MRI if endoscopy can’t be done).
- Your Crohn’s symptom score is between 220 and 450.
- Lab/stool/imaging evidence of inflammation is present (CRP blood test, stool calprotectin, or inflammation seen on ultrasound/MRI).
- You must be able to visit the study site for regular endoscopy/procedure appointments.
