Who can take part
- You are an adult woman (age 18 to 75) and can sign consent
- Your cervical cancer type is squamous cell, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous
- Your PET-CT shows positive pelvic lymph nodes, but common iliac and para-aortic lymph nodes are negative
- You can take cisplatin chemotherapy (or it is considered acceptable for you) and your body functioning score is 0–1
- You have not had anti-cancer treatment before, and you have not had prior pelvic radiation
- You do not have certain major medical issues (like uncontrolled infection, serious heart failure/arrhythmia, significant kidney or liver failure, or HIV/immunodeficiency)
