Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old (or a parent can consent for someone who needs assent).
- You have a doctor-confirmed congenital melanocytic nevus (a birthmark mole) planned for elective, non-urgent removal.
- The birthmark area is larger than 6 cm² (the study will measure your nevus).
- You have not taken strong immune-suppressing medicines (like steroid pills or other immune suppressants) in the last 4 weeks—except inhaled asthma steroids.
- You do not have a history of cancer, organ transplant, HIV, or another serious immune problem.
