Who can take part
- You have a birch pollen allergy causing moderate to severe runny/blocked nose symptoms for at least two seasons
- Your allergy blood test shows you react to birch pollen protein Bet v 1 (your IgE is at least 3.5 kU/L)
- In a special blood test (basophil activation test), your immune cells react strongly to Bet v 1 (about 20% or more increase in markers)
- You agree to follow all study steps, sign consent, and be available for the full study period
- You have standard health insurance
