Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 75 years old.
- You must have a port-wine birthmark on the allowed areas: arms/legs, trunk, lower neck, behind the ear, or face/neck.
- The birthmark treatment area must be at least 3 cm long and 2 cm wide.
- Your health should be generally good enough for study treatment, with no major conditions that could interfere or raise risk.
- If you’ve ever had epilepsy or seizures, it must have been stable for at least 6 months before starting.
