- You are pregnant with twins inside the uterus, confirmed by a clinician
- Your screening results show high stress and/or depression and/or anxiety (stress score over 50, or depression score 40+, or anxiety score over 50)
- You plan to receive regular prenatal visits at the study hospital’s outpatient clinic
- You do not have major mental or communication disorders (including existing depression or other mental illnesses, as judged by the study team)
- You can and will volunteer to participate
