Who can take part
- You’re age 18 or older.
- You had a transplant (HCT or SOT) and now have viral reactivation or viral infection causing illness in the body (end-organ or whole-body symptoms), and standard treatments didn’t work well enough.
- You have repeat or multiple viral problems—more than one episode or more than one virus reactivating/symptomatic—and at least one required treatment; some viruses (adenovirus/BK) can count even if there’s no standard treatment.
- You do NOT have other uncontrolled infections besides EBV, CMV, adenovirus, or BK (bacterial/fungal infections must be stable and not getting worse for a set time before infusion).
- You cannot be using certain immune-suppressing medicines or recent related immune treatments, including higher-dose steroids, anti-T-cell antibodies (like ATG/alemtuzumab), or methotrexate/immunosuppressants that suppress T-cell growth.
- You must not have serious transplant complications (like high-grade GVHD), active uncontrolled cancer relapse, be pregnant/breastfeeding, or be unable to follow study visits and procedures.
